Bhopal, India: Sanatan Wisdom has announced the launch of SADHNAM, a new meditation and retreat initiative dedicated to exploring the transformative potential of mantra, sound, silence, and contemplative practices rooted in India’s ancient wisdom traditions.

Inspired by Devrishi’s Sonic Philosophy, SADHNAM seeks to reinterpret the timeless principles of mantra meditation and Nāda Yoga for contemporary life through immersive retreats, guided meditation programmes, sound healing experiences, and research-based educational initiatives.

The programme brings together traditional practices such as mantra meditation, silence (mauna), yoga, breathwork, and contemplative self-inquiry with insights from modern neuroscience and wellbeing research, creating an integrated approach to mental, emotional, and spiritual development.

According to the organisers, SADHNAM has been conceived as a long-term initiative under Sanatan Wisdom, a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation, research, and global dissemination of India’s spiritual knowledge systems.

Future plans include residential retreats, meditation teacher programmes, digital learning resources, research publications, international collaborations, and community-based wellbeing initiatives.

With growing global interest in meditation and conscious living, SADHNAM aims to establish a meaningful dialogue between India’s ancient contemplative traditions and the needs of modern society.
