Bhavarth · MeaningVerse 1:
I worship Achyuta (the Infallible One), Keshava (the one who has beautiful hair / killed Keshi demon), Rama-Narayana, Krishna-Damodara (who was tied by mother Yashoda with a rope), Vasudeva (the son of Vasudeva), Hari (who takes away all sins and distress), Shridhara (who bears Sri on His chest), Madhava (consort of Mahalakshmi), the beloved of the Gopikas (cowherd girls), and Ramachandra, the Lord of Janaki (Sita).

Verse 2 Meaning:
I meditate upon Achyuta, Keshava, the beloved Lord of Satyabhama, Madhava, Shridhara, who is deeply worshipped by Radhika, who is the temple of Indira (goddess Lakshmi), who is supremely beautiful at heart, the joy of Devaki, and the son of Nanda.

Verse 3 Meaning:
I bow to You, O Vishnu (the all-pervading), the victorious One, the wielder of the Conch-shell and the Discus, who is beloved to Rukmini, and who is the consort of Janaki. Salutations to the beloved of the Gopis, the adored Supreme Soul, the destroyer of Kamsa, and the player of the divine flute.

Verse 4 Meaning:
O Krishna! O Govinda! O Rama! O Narayana! O Shripati (Lord of Lakshmi)! O unconquerable son of Vasudeva! O treasury of beauty and fortune! O Infallible and Infinite One! O Madhava! O Adhokshaja (He who is beyond the reach of senses)! O Lord of Dwaraka! O Protector of Draupadi! (Please protect me).

Verse 5 Meaning:
May Lord Raghava (Rama) protect me—He who agitated the demons, who is adorned beautifully by the presence of Sita, who was the cause of purification of the land of Dandakaranya, who is accompanied by Lakshmana, served by the Vanaras, and worshipped by Sage Agastya.

Verse 6 Meaning:
May the Child Gopal (Krishna) protect me always—He who destroyed the demons Dhenuka (in the form of an ass) and Arishta (in the form of a bull), who killed the horse-demon Keshi, who took away the life of Kamsa, who plays the sweet flute, who showed His anger to Putana (by slaying her), and who played on the banks of Yamuna (the daughter of Sun God).

Verse 7 Meaning:
I worship the lotus-eyed Lord, whose yellow garments flash like a brilliant streak of lightning in the sky, whose beautiful body shines like the dark clouds of the rainy season, whose chest is adorned with a forest-flower garland (Vanamala), and who has beautiful reddish feet.

Verse 8 Meaning:
I worship that dark-complexioned Lord (Shyamasundara), whose face is adorned with beautiful curly locks of hair, who wears a jeweled crown on His head, whose cheeks are brightened by shiny earrings, and who is adorned with beautiful necklaces, armlets, glowing bangles, and a beautiful waistband with jingling bells.

Phalashruti (The Fruits of Chanting) Meaning:
Whoever recites this Achyutashtakam, which is the giver of all desires, daily with deep love, devotion, and longing for the Supreme Being—this beautiful hymn which encircles the Lord of the Universe (Hari)—that person quickly wins over the grace of Lord Hari Himself.
